This foursome consists of Des Barry, son Todd 00, Dick Graham, and son Armand 00 at Princeton graduation in May. Former roommates Dick and Des also got together for a Saturday in April. Des watched Armand play a varsity lacrosse game against Rutgers, and then Dick watched Todd play the lead in J B, a Theater Intime production. Des reports that it was a wonderful day for two old (but proud) alums. Todd is off to Hollywood to seek his fortune after the requisite trip to Europe with classmates after graduation. Dick reports that both sons graduated cum laude, which is a damn sight better than their fathers did.
Charles Friedman has moved from Jackson, Miss., to Dallas to join Magella Medical Associates as a neonatologist. Presumably all the old-NATO-logists are still in Belgium.
35 Years Ago: Thanks to Larry Serra for the first 67 trivia contest entry: Near the end of our freshman year, a classmate telephoned DJ Bruce Cousin Brucie Morrow of WABC in NYC one Friday night and informed him of the true lyrics of the otherwise incomprehensible Louie, Louie. After listening to the song with a copy of the true lyrics that evening, Cousin Brucie and WABC pulled Louie, Louie off the air. This percipient classmate was: A. John Golante B. Allen Adler C. Jay Higgins D. Bill Burson E. none of the above.
