Sam Isaly (photo) gets the full profile treatment from Smart Money in its August issue, focusing on his 34 years as a health care analyst and money manager. The mag notes his grand slam results over the long haul, i.e. 10 years, and sprinkles the article with quotes from the likes of our own Bucky Clarkson, a fellow preschooler with Sam in Grove City, Pa. For those who didnt catch up with Sam at Reunions, he lays claim that David Andreas Isaly (b. July 23, 1998) is the youngest class child, but welcomes all new pretenders to that distinction.
In exchanging notes about Little League coaching with Charlie McMillan, Charlie writes that he is well past that important part of his life, his three sonstwo of them now Cornell graduatesranging from 20 to 26. He broke bread with Steve Brown up at MIT a few weeks back. Charlie promises that, having had to miss this reunion, he will definitely make our 40th.
In case you havent checked it in a while, dont miss the South Pacific odyssey of Signe and Jan Twardowski at www.ravencruise.comits great.
And, as a special feature of PAWs first East Coast edition: As Aug. 1963 turned to September we were all humming the WOWS favorite Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah as we wended our ways back from counseling at Camp Granada.
