The happy football fans in the picture are Mike Nalevanko and his beautiful daughter, Kate, both caught up in the excitement of a Ravens game here in Baltimore. And you really should see Nally and Kate in full purple-and-gold bling-bling regalia! Nally came down from Philadelphia where he contentedly runs an equities trading desk. Just maybe, he will be yet another 67er to reappear at our 40th. (Its closer than we think!)
Greg McBride is still practicing law at US DOT and still chasing four grandchildren. around. Loiss and my youngest, Danny, is in grad school at Ohio State. Im still publishing poems in literary journals, including a reading in January at Washingtons National Cathedral. On an earthier note, my essay Wrestling Through the Ages was published in the fall 2003 issue of The Gettysburg Review.
From Coral Springs one of my favorite city names Julian Berman writes that he and Anne continue to live the quiet life in Florida, much as they have for the past 25 years. Eldest son Ben, almost 30 now, is working in Arlington, Va. Middle son Alex continues towards his masters in public administration at Florida Atlantic. Sara Beth is a senior at Gainesville and applying to law school, and Mark is a sophomore there, leaning toward a career in journalism.
