FOOTBALL. Des Barry supplied the photo of aging Tigers roaring at the home of Ric Bremer in Princeton after the Brown game. Shown (l-r) are: Bob Casey, Ric, Ron Grossman, and Des. Bremer captured their newfound friend on a recent safari in darkest Africa. Unable to shoot a mother and her cub, he enticed them to join his household, a veritable shrine to tigers (of both the Princeton and non-Princeton variety). Bremer has more Princeton paraphernalia than the U-Store! Still a gentleman, Bremer ignored the failure of Dr. Grossman to supply them with flu vaccine and kindly permitted him to partake of the great dinner Rics wife, Lora, prepared.
Jim Edmondson, along with Phil Burstein, Ed Pritchett, Marc Lackritz 68, spouses, and significant others, enjoyed a warm Dec. 5 tailgate gathering in DC, courtesy of Joan and Bob Cocker. The hapless Redskins won! Hopefully not at the expense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Why? Because Jay Taylor, son of James Taylor, is the new kicker for the Buccaneers. His first game was Dec. 5, and his first NFL field goal was a 50-yarder!
Missing classmate Herb Carpenter is living in France, according to Pete Edmonds 64, an old friend of Herb and his late parents. Pete lives in Wiesbaden, Germany, and can be reached at Francis.Edmonds@t-online.de.
