MARK YOUR CALENDAR Our class dinner will be held on Thurs., Mar. 10, at the Princeton Club in NYC. Roger Liddell assures us an outstanding speaker and we are looking forward to a big East Coast turnout. For further information, call Roger at 800-221-2598 or 212-269-7894.
Cabell Tutwiler and Wil Painter were present at the retirement of Capt. Whit Turner from the navy. Cabell writes that by this time, Whit should be well into a year-long cruise with his family aboard his recently purchased beautiful ketch.
Doug Kelbaugh recently stepped down as chairman of the Univ. of Washington department of architecture, after eight good years. Doug reports that he is designing, writing, consulting, public speaking, and teaching more. After spending the summer biking across the state, he has spoken at two dozen conferences and universities this fall while on sabbatical. Havent felt this good since sophomore year, he says.
Peter F Johnson was elected president of the American College of Prosthodontics in October. For those of you who dont know, prosthodontists restore mouths that have been compromised by accidents, disease, or severe gum and bone loss. (Actually, if you can pronounce it, you dont need it.) Peter is a retired navy dental corps captain and lives in San Diego with wife Marie and son Neil.
Peter Delacorte moved west, from Missouri to Rhode Island (Streets, that is), in San Francisco.
Paul Rodzianko was elected as councilman to the town of Tuxedo, N.Y.
Roger Bates suggests we make blazer patches with our beer jacket logos on them. The original initials on the logos may no longer be politically correct, but then again they never were. What does the class think?
