Mar. 9, the class held its annual dinner in N.Y.C., which, thanks to Roger Liddells efforts (Roger has been organizing this event for the past 20 years), was once again a great success. Pete Holzer talked about our class project, about which we will hear more later, but it will be service-oriented, working with undergraduates. This was followed by an excellent talk by Athletic Director Gary Walters. Among others attending the dinner were Allen Adler, Mark Biderman, Bob Booth, Rick Bremer, Rob Brown, Jan Buck, Bob Deak, Jim Evans, John Fisher, Bob Gipson, Greg Hickok, Nick Kourides, Bob Lem, Ken Logan, Bob Mayer, Rich Plumridge, Reed Simmons, Ric Simonson, and Rich Sorota.
The preliminary returns are in and the following class members have sons or daughters accepted for the Class of 99: Bob Booth, Kendall Wilson, Bob Spigel, Stoney Simons, Charles McDowell, Jack Laporte, J. Williams Holt, John Dunning, Terry Dellecker, Bob Chilstrom, Jan Buck, and Steve Brown.
Congratulations to all and hopefully we will hear of more acceptances and report on classmate sons and daughters in attendance later in the year.
George Hayum is the proud father of the two young ladies pictured above, Melina (3½) and Tessa (15 months). George is practicing entertainment law in L.A., representing American and European clients.
