William Floyd was recently promoted to president and director of compliance at Ocean Park Research, a national bank mystery shopping firm employing licensed stock/bond brokers and compliance officers to provide quality assurance to financial institutions regarding their mutual fund sales to their bank branch customers.
Roger Philips has moved from Arizona to northern Virginia in order to take a position as v.p. international at Landmark Systems Corp. Son Matt 97 negotiated sophomore year studying Japanese politics.
Michael Collins writes that he enjoys living in downtown Baltimore and helping Maryland improve its healthcare for the poor. He and wife Kathie Fox both made it to an ATP stadium court match in Florida this spring. Michael choked, but Kathie won her match.
Moving back to Baltimore after several years in Florida is Cliff Ransom. With the transfer of my special situations research work from Raymond James to NatWest Securities . . . Ive moved back to my 195-year-old Federal house in historic Fells Point.
Frank Puleo is cohead of the banking and institutional investment group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he has recently been elected to the firms executive committee. Franks practice area encompasses bank and holding company regulatory and securities law matters.
Joseph L. Wood III reports the sad news of the death in January of Susan, his wife of 23 years, after a courageous six-year battle with breast cancer. Many 67ers knew Susan from reunions and from her near lifelong residency in the Princeton area.
